Wan2.2 Animate + SAM3 - 1 minute long videos — v1.0

Use this workflow to animate a character from a full reference image and video reference, or to swap a character into an existing video; it produces a video.

SAM3 handles character masking, while looping processes longer videos.

In character-animation mode, the reference image is animated using the video reference; in swap mode, a character is inserted in place in the video.

Yellow nodes mark inputs and settings you can change; red nodes contain instructions and helpful notes.
