These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of (a) the ST Studio website located at https://sweettea.co (the "Site"), and (b) the related online services, including accounts, the pipe directory, community features, and sync services (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Tea Time Labs ("Sweet Tea," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

Tea Time Labs is based in New York, USA.
ST Studio offers:
The ST Studio desktop application ("Studio App") is licensed under the End User License Agreement supplied with your app version. Read the desktop EULA. Your use of the Site and Services remains subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Current capabilities are available subject to these Terms, account security, ownership checks, safety policy, abuse prevention, and published usage limits. We may adjust common limits to keep the Services reliable and safe.
The Services may let you upload, publish, or share content including Pipes (.tea packages), pipe metadata, descriptions, preview images, comments, and profile information ("User Content").
As between you and Sweet Tea, you retain any rights you hold in your User Content. These Terms do not create copyright or other rights in AI-generated material where the law does not recognize them, or transfer rights belonging to others.
To operate the Services, you grant Sweet Tea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and make your User Content available solely to:
You can remove User Content where removal features are provided, but copies may persist for a limited time in backups and logs.
Published listings, descriptions, packages, and previews are shared through the Services according to their visibility settings. NSFW controls affect what is shown in supported interfaces; they are not a confidentiality guarantee for uploaded files or links. Do not publish private information or credentials.
We may require additional labeling or restrict or remove previews and listings under the Acceptable Use Policy or legal obligations. Other people may retain copies they have already downloaded.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload and share your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law. This applies to every file in a .tea package, including any bundled assets, code, or model files. Publishing a package does not clear third-party distribution rights.
Our Acceptable Use and Content Policy is part of these Terms. You agree not to:
A "Verified" label reflects the scope of the product review recorded for that Pipe and version at the time of review. Review may concern workflow structure, dependency information, or tested behavior; it does not mean every device, dependency version, or possible use was tested. Status may change or be removed.
Verification, curation, inclusion in Resources, and first-party authorship do not certify third-party licenses, ownership, legal compliance, safety, or rights in outputs. Check the listed evidence, limitations, and upstream terms for your intended use.
You choose which third-party models, custom nodes, workflows, and services to download, install, or run. Review their source, license, security requirements, and terms before use. Models and custom nodes can have separate licenses, including commercial-use or redistribution restrictions. A link, installation aid, Pipe, or catalog listing does not grant additional rights.
A model license and rights in a generated output are separate questions. You are responsible for your inputs, intended use, and use or distribution of outputs, including copyright, likeness, privacy, trademark, and other permissions that may apply. We do not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
Studio supports local execution and connections to remote engines or providers. Local execution does not make every connected feature offline: downloads, account services, publishing, sync, and remote services communicate over the network. A remote engine or provider may receive the inputs and credentials required for the action you choose and may charge its own fees. Check its terms and privacy policy. Protect your credentials and review packages before sharing them.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Sweet Tea does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and does not guarantee that any pipe, workflow, or output will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEET TEA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you upload or publish User Content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweet Tea against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful User Content or your breach of these Terms. This does not cover claims caused by Sweet Tea’s own unlawful conduct or remove any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates and revise the revision date. Updates apply when published on the Site, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Material changes may be communicated via the Services or email.
For copyright, privacy, impersonation, or safety concerns, see Report content or a rights concern. You do not need a Studio account to use the email reporting route.
