Krea 2 Turbo — Hires + Detailer Workflow (SAM3) — v1.1 — v1.6

This covers the installation of SAM3.1. Instead of selecting "Bypass" for everything, choose only the components you wish to use. Instructions are provided in Markdown format, so please translate them into your preferred language for use.

Krea 2 Turbo — Upscaler + Detailer Workflow v3.1

Krea 2 Turbo で 生成 → 拡大 → 顔補正 までを 1 本で完結させる ComfyUI ワークフローです。 各工程はサブグラフ/グループに分かれていて、Ctrl+B か Fast Groups Bypasser で個別にオン・オフできます。 不要な工程を切れば、そのまま「生成だけ」「補正だけ」のワークフローとしても使えます。

△ は既定でバイパスされているグループ用なので、なくてもワークフローは動きます。 Memory Clear だけは本線上にありますが、IMAGE を素通しするだけなので削除して繋ぎ直しても問題ありません。

SAM 3.1 は ComfyUI 本体に統合済みです。カスタムノードは不要ですが、本体を最新版に更新してください。

モデル名が赤く「Value not in list」になる場合は、ファイル名かフォルダが違うだけです。 ノードのドロップダウンから自分の環境のファイルを選び直してください。

2. 使い方(最短手順)

1. ワークフローを読み込む
2. Krea2Turbo ノードの Positive Prompt を書き換える
3. 必要なら Power Lora Loader の Add Lora から LoRA を追加(既定は空)
4. Queue Prompt

出力は ComfyUI/output/Krea2Turbo/ に保存されます。 Preview (仕上げ後 vs Hires 前) のスライダーで、補正後 / 生成そのままを左右比較できます。

切り替えは画面左上の Fast Groups Bypasser のスイッチが一番早いです。

バイパスは必ずグループ単位で。 Upscale Model など単体ノードだけをオフにすると Required input is missing: upscale_model になります。

3. 各グループの説明

Krea2Turbo(ベース生成)

モデル・CLIP・VAE のロードと 1st パス。解像度・プロンプト・steps はこのノードの表面に出ています。

ネガティブを効かせたいときだけ cfg を 1.5 に。生成時間は約 2 倍になります。

Upscaler

ImageUpscaleWithModel(4x) → ImageScaleBy(0.3125) で 1040x1440 → 1300x1800。 拡散を通さないので UNet 評価はゼロ、時間はほぼかかりません。 scale_by = 目標倍率 ÷ 4 です。1.5倍なら 0.375、2倍なら 0.5。

Hires Fix (2nd Pass) — 既定 OFF

Upscaler の後段で低 denoise の仕上げパスを走らせます(scale_by は 1.0 固定なので二重拡大にはなりません)。 denoise 0.11 が既定。0.08〜0.15 は構図維持、0.20〜0.30 でディテールが増えるかわりに細部が変わります。

Face Detailer

YOLO で顔を検出し、その領域だけ 768px で再生成して合成します。 denoise 0.15 が既定。別人になるなら 0.10、もっとくっきりさせたいなら 0.25。

SAM3.1 Detailer — 既定 OFF

YOLO の代わりに テキストで検出対象を指定する Detailer です。

SAM3.1 Prompt face:99,

:99 は「99 個まで検出」の意味で、付けないと 1 個しか検出されません。 face:99, hand:99 のようにカンマ区切りで複数指定できます。 SAM3.1 Detection Preview で、白く光っている=描き直される範囲を事前に確認できます。

Face Detailer と顔で併用すると二重処理になるので、顔に使うならどちらか一方にしてください。

SAM3.1 Negative(除外プロンプト)— v3.1 で追加 / 既定 OFF

ComfyUI の SAM3_Detect には ネガティブ「テキスト」入力がありません (あるのは negative_coords = 除外したい座標だけ)。 そこで 同じ画像をもう一度検出して、その領域をマスクから引き算する構成にしています。

使い方:

1. Fast Groups Bypasser で SAM3.1 Negative (除外プロンプト) を ON
2. SAM3.1 Negative Prompt に除外したい対象を書く(例 hand:99, glasses:99,)
3. Detection Preview でマスクを確認

OFF のときは MaskComposite が destination をそのまま通すので、v3.0 と完全に同じ動作です。

Krea 2 Identity Edit — 既定 OFF

英語の指示文で、人物の同一性を保ったまま服・背景・ライティングを変えます。 krea2_identity_edit_v1_2.safetensors と comfyui-krea2edit が必要です。

生成せずに補正だけ回す

既存画像を読み込む を Ctrl+B で有効化するだけ。Any Switch が自動で読込画像側に切り替わります。 (ベース生成自体は止まらないので、完全に止めたいときは Krea2Turbo の steps を 1 に)

5. よくあるエラー

Krea 2 Turbo — Hires + Detailer Workflow

One graph that takes Krea 2 Turbo from a base generation to a finished 1560×2160 image: generate, upscale and re-diffuse, then redraw the faces and hands. Everything after the base generation is its own group, so you can Ctrl+B anything you don't need and get the render time back.

New in v1.1 is a SAM3 Detailer . Instead of loading a trained YOLO detector for every part you want to fix, you type it — face, hand , eyes, mouth , necklace, earrings . SAM3 finds the region, Impact Pack redraws it.

Load the JSON without these and ComfyUI Manager will offer to install what's missing. The SAM3 group ships bypassed, so the workflow runs before you've set SAM3 up.

The first three come from Comfy-Org/Krea-2 on Hugging Face. The YOLO detectors install from Manager's Model Manager. For SAM3, the safetensors build (yolain/sam3-safetensors) needs no access request; Meta's official sam3.pt works too but requires approval on Hugging Face.

How to use

Open the Krea2Turbo subgraph and rewrite the positive prompt.

Add LoRAs in Power Lora Loader if you want — it's empty by default.

Enable the groups you need in Fast Groups Bypasser.

Queue.

Tuning

Image changes too much → Hires Fix denoise 0.25 → 0.15

Keep the face identity → Face Detailer denoise 0.25 → 0.20

Bigger output → ImageScaleBy scale_by 1.5 → 2.0

Out of VRAM → scale_by 1.5 → 1.25

Faster → base steps 8 → 6, bypass Hand Detailer

Leave cfg at 1.0. Krea 2 Turbo is distilled; raising it burns the image.

Bypassing

Toggle whole groups, not single nodes. Bypassing a lone Hand Detector leaves bbox_detector unconnected and the run fails. VAEEncode / VAEDecode change types, so they can't be passed through either. The groups are built so IMAGE and CONDITIONING travel straight through — use those.

SAM3 or YOLO?

Same job, different trade-off. SAM3 needs no per-target model and handles anything you can name; YOLO is lighter on VRAM and well proven on faces. Running both redraws the same pixels twice and softens them — pick one.

バイパスの作法

必ずグループ単位でオフにしてください。 Hand Detector だけを個別に切ると bbox_detector が欠落してエラーになります。VAEEncode / VAEDecode は入出力の型が変わるため素通りできません。グループは IMAGE / CONDITIONING が素通りする構造にしてあります。

SAM3 と YOLO のどちらを使うか

役割は同じです。SAM3 は対象ごとのモデルが不要で融通が利き、YOLO は軽くて顔には実績があります。両方を有効にすると同じ場所を二度描き直してかえって眠くなるので、どちらか一方にするのがおすすめです。
